Lullaby of Hope

Friends,

In 1 Corinthians chapter 12, the apostle Paul speaks on how the body of Christ is to function together as one. This means that each of us has an important role and a special gifting to share for the glory of God. When we come together and tap into each of our giftings then we bring life to this scripture.

We have been able to renew contracts and partnerships with Rachel House, St. Luke’s on the Plaza and St. Luke’s North. We ship Rachel House gifts like a normal request but our hospital partnerships are pretty unique. They store our gifts in house and are able to hand deliver gifts to patients who endure loss. These partners understand what it means to provide loving bereavement care and acknowledge the gravity of loss for a precious mother and her family.

Another one of our favorite partnerships is with Church of the Four Corners. They have graciously given us storage and meeting space. This means that Lullaby of Hope avoids rent! I know what you’re thinking, this is a far cry from living in our parent’s basement. Their space is huge and gorgeous. While the board meets, their worship team practices and their songs echo through the building, it’s truly the ideal setting.

I am deeply grateful for each of our partners. We gladly cheer their work on as I know they cheer for us.

Taking care of one another,
